Our industry leading client is looking for a  SAP EDI Lead Analyst.   Company is headquartered in Cincinnati.  This is a permanent, in-house position with full benefits.  The SAP EDI Lead Analyst will be the senior person on a team of five.   
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations
  • Collaborating with the business on current processes
  • Proposing solutions to enhance current processes
  • Advising on system options, risk, cost vs benefit and impacts
  • Ensuring systems are aligned with overarching IT strategy
  • Identifying, recommending and implementing complex configuration solutions
  • Implementing full life cycle configuration to meet business needs
  • Create and update documentation
  • Set testing strategy for modules and leading end to end integration testing
  • Participating in the delivery of the project and releases
  • Troubleshooting and leading the evaluation and design of the correction of complex incidents
  • Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of SAP EDI by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support
  • Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice) 
  • Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configuration
  • Experience working with GXS/Open Text, preferred
  • Experience with ANSI X.12, XML and cXML, and/or other formats, preferred
  • Exposure to PI with B2B Add-On, preferred
