The Quality Assurance Specialist must be able to work independently, have good writing and communication skills, take initiative on quality/speed/improvement of individual work, learn constantly about our markets/customers/products, apply problem-solving skills, and contribute to team success while growing your skills and experience.
For this position you must be able to:

Some technical skills we expect you to have or be able to learn:
  • Experience creating manual test scripts
  • Understand Agile software development methodologies
  • Create mock data and manipulate test-case data, mainly in xml
  • Learn and use Jira and other systems to manage your work

  • Basic SQL skills and knowledge of database concepts
We also expect you participate in a "start-up culture":
  • Learn, grown, and learn some more every day
  • Work independently and within a team to meet target dates
  • Be extremely organized, focused on getting things done daily
  • Aggressive and proactively manage your productivity
