The IT Scanning Data Clerk is responsible for organizing and preparing hardcopy print documents to be scanned and properly filed upon completion of review in a timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
Retrieves documents from designated mail areas.
Organizes and prepares requisite number of documents and scans them to designated receiver as directed per Team Lead.
Maintains documents per compliance standards until reviewed and then files documents accordingly.
Maintains and provides detailed documentation of tasks completed daily.
Upon completion of review, communicates any defect or correction needed per document and escalates to Team Lead.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Highly self-motivated with good communication skills to relay progress to management.
Basic Microsoft and Excel knowledge for logging purposes.
Ability to use scanner/copier multi-function machines.
Valid Driver’s License
