The position is working primarily with Google analytics and other services with native analytics like Vidyard video hosting, Poppulo email, SalesForce, Survey Monkey and social platforms to provide communications campaign reporting on various metrics. These are often aggregated into a consolidated campaign report. These reports can be in Power Point, Excel, Power BI or Tableau. Also a plus would be experience using Sales Force. Position to start around 3/12.
Responsible for helping define and execute communications intelligence and analytics strategy.
Works with the communication team to identify opportunities, measure results, optimize outcomes and provide world-class reporting solutions.
As a web analyst and strategist, combines online analytics with offline intelligence to establish reporting and dashboard tools, identifying key insights in communications campaigns and activities that help us make agile, strategic decisions.
Works with various team members and other key stakeholders to develop and define key communications questions and goals and to build models and data sets to help the team reach these goals.
Builds the functions and delivery platform in the long-term evolution of our analytics and reporting capabilities. Also supports global customer satisfaction and customer loyalty program execution, data collection and reporting.
Manages the measurement, analysis and optimization of external and internal online properties, communications activities and customer satisfaction/loyalty programs.
Mines and analyzes online and offline data pertaining to target audience experiences, business goals, identify trends and translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for improvement.
Analyzes web site performance, trends, paths and results of online marketing initiatives and site enhancements to provide data-driven insights.
Proactively develops and implements dashboards, metrics and studies/surveys that summarize data insights, outcomes and implications and quantify the value of different aspects of content and campaigns; Builds dynamic and rich dashboards using out-of-box features, customization and data visualizations.
