Job Description
Guides and champions the organization's data-related efforts. Evaluates and revises enterprise data architecture and vision, based upon successful solution deployments. Develops an overall data infrastructure to address both identified and potential organizational needs. Works to deliver a robust scalable architecture that meets the business goals of the organization. Develops data standards. Initiates and maintains partnerships and relationships by collaborating with business and technical representatives.
 
Resonsibilities include:
1.         Performs data analysis; analyzes business intelligence / reporting / analysis requirements. Performs detailed data mapping and analysis of enterprise data models and standards, identifies inconsistencies and/or redundancies.
Assist in developing applications for data extraction, transformation, and loading optimized for maximum scalability with minimum maintenance requirements. Extends existing XI implementation to manage the company'sinternal/external interfaces.
2. Designs an enterprise information warehouse blending the best of the Company’s existing products and custom development; creates maps and policies that identify what enterprise information exists and how it should be accessed.    Design the dimensional model for business intelligence application. Structure the data for optimal access, performance and integration. Maintain architectural integrity of an enterprise data warehouse and manage the feeds to it and the subsequent marts.
3. Design the dimensional model for business intelligence application. Structure the data for optimal access, performance and integration. Build new data sets and data structures to support business needs and for managing the distribution, replication, and archival of data. Implements SAP Master Data Module to manage the company's Master Data. 
4. Supports Development teams (internal and 3rd Party Software Vendors) by reviewing their data model designs for adherence to data strategic direction, integration and integrity compliance, and data administration standards. Document existing data models utilized by systems owned by the business. Act as a resource / coach for data stewards. Assist the Data Stewards in establishing ongoing data quality auditing procedures.
Makes recommendations to manager regarding new products and how they may integrate with existing company's information resources

Experience desired:
3-5+ years of experience in software design and development methodologies. Ability to derive data models through requirements gathering with developers and end users. Data modeling, data structures,
